Born & brought up in Sadiqabad, District Rahim Yar Kha, Majored in LLB & then LLM along with MSc Eco Technology. I had always been passionate about entrepreneurship & eventually jumped towards the business side.
My business career began in Finland. Then food chains in Latvia came, followed by the real estate industry. I’ve dabbled with a number of side ventures, including software houses, IT, and immigration, all of which have their roots in Finland. After that, proceeded to Karachi, Pakistan’s former capital, and kept making development in real estate. Later, I relocated to Islamabad to get new experiences and contribute to real estate development. We also explored the import-export business & now have turned stones in the dairy farming imports. Zeerac, one of our subsidiaries, operates globally, specifically in Dubai, the United States, and Turkey. In addition to Zeerac International, we have Gate Zee, Trescol, Hello Tones, Almaymaar, Ather Shahzad Constructions, Aiwa City, The Bee Logix, QnQ, TDM, The Best Jacket, Synnex International, and Airone Travels. Each of these companies has its own unique nature and foundation.
We aim to establish ourselves as a pioneering force in the real estate sector, with the vision of becoming a leading entity in the industry over the next decade. At the same time, we are committed to showcasing the potential and opportunities of the Pakistani real estate market to international investors. By developing up-to-date, research-based data, we plan to streamline real estate investments, ensuring transparency and reliability for stakeholders. Our objective is to create a balanced alignment of finances in the real estate market, operating efficiently under the principles of supply and demand. This strategic approach will not only strengthen our portfolio but also position us as a key player in driving sustainable growth and innovation within the real estate industry, both locally and globally.
